Jan 2006 - Lyndon Bird announced as Technical Services Director for the BCI
The chairman of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) formally announced the appointment of Lyndon Bird, FBCI as the new Technical Services Director for the BCI this month.

Having previously chaired and served as a member of the board, Lyndon is well known and highly regarded by those in the industry.

Lyndon's new role will focus on raising the profile of Business Continuity Management, being the primary point of contact for the BCI in dealings with government, academia, the media and strategic partners as well as responsibility for implementing the international expansion portion of the BCI strategic plan.
