Stage 4: Building and Embedding a Business Continuity Management Culture

Even the best laid plan is worthless unless the people within your Company believe in it, have confidence in it, understand it and know their role within it. When Business Continuity Management becomes part of the ethos of your organisation it also becomes an integral part of your day-to-day operations. To foster that cultural development, we develop and maintain an ongoing programme of education, awareness and training by way of periodic walkthroughs of the plan to ensure that its detail remains valid. In addition, we conduct regular awareness and scenario-based training sessions to ensure that your team members (and relevant external stakeholders and third parties) understand their respective roles and responsibilities when it counts.
