Stage 1: Understanding Your Business

By understanding the objectives of your business, its products and services, operational processes for delivering them and the people involved both internally and externally in achieving that delivery, our consultants determine the activities that are critical to your business continuity. We identify the single point of failure to those activities and their dependencies. In understanding and prioritising the internal and external risks that may arise, we define your appetite for corporate risk and hence develop an appropriate and consistent response approach. This essential first stage forms the foundation of your Business Continuity Plan.
