Some of the more proactive features within Crisis Commsuite are the ability to quickly identify which of your critical resources or processes have incidents affecting them or may be down for scheduled maintenance. A user definable list
of critical resources can be created and displayed within Crisis
Commsuite. The status of each of these can be changed from Red to Amber
to Green. By hovering over the current status of the resource, a brief
description of the incident resulting in the status change is displayed. |
