SMS and e-mail Notification

SMS or e-mail notification to single or multiple teams and individuals can easily be handled within Crisis Commsuite. By selecting those that need to be notified and adding them to a cumulative list, SMS text or e-mail information can instantly be issued to one or many personnel.

CMT Status Indicator

Crisis Commsuite is the dashboard for your company. It quickly represents all critical activity, notifying you of any crisis or major incident.

Some of the more proactive features within Crisis Commsuite are the ability to quickly identify which of your critical resources or processes have incidents affecting them or may be down for scheduled maintenance.

A user definable list of critical resources can be created and displayed within Crisis Commsuite. The status of each of these can be changed from Red to Amber to Green. By hovering over the current status of the resource, a brief description of the incident resulting in the status change is displayed.

A Crisis Management team status is also available. Should any of your Crisis Management teams experience issues with the effective recovery of their area, their status panel can also be changed to Red Amber or Green. As with resources, hovering over these panels provides a brief description of the issue, its impact and when it may be resolved.
