Because Crisis Commsuite is hosted in a secure external environment, you have access to all the tools and documents you need to successfully manage any crisis, regardless of where you are located.

A security database behind Crisis Commsuite ensures that you only have access to the plans that you have authority to review. Team leaders and senior managers can be allowed access to review plans from across individual or multiple teams.

Maps Plans and Routes

In addition to the ability to access your Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery plans, you can also make accessible additional critical information within Crisis Commsuite. Floor plans, evacuation routes, maps to offices or recovery centres can easily be included.

File Upload

Chat windows in Crisis Commsuite are not limited to the exchange of text based information. Files can be uploaded into Crisis Commsuite and shared between one or many teams. Photographs of the incident can quickly be uploaded and made available. Thumbnail images are provided, which can easily be expanded to display in a new window by clicking on them.

Spreadsheets, floor plans and maps can all be uploaded in seconds, all of which enhance the use of Crisis Commsuite.
