Incident Checklist Template

You have been notified of a crisis. By using Crisis Commsuite and its in built Crisis Management notification functionality you have an informed decision on who needs to be notified. The Incident Checklist helps you gather sufficient additional information on the incident to ensure that everyone being notified has a clear, concise understanding of the situation and its impact.

A generic template checklist is provided, but as with the Crisis Management notification, this can be tailored to meet your company's requirements.

Detail covering the incident date, time and location together with contact personnel, impact, media interest and casualties can quickly be compiled.

Once completed, the checklist is immediately distributed to all the relevant Crisis Management team members via email in a clear, formatted report.

The key benefits of this is that everyone has access to the same information at the same time. Teams and personnel are notified by email that they are required to logon to Crisis Commsuite and assist in managing the situation.
