About us

CPA is a consultancy solely focused on delivering Business Continuity Management services to public and private sector companies. We’re passionate about what we do, knowing how critical our contribution is to your Company’s future.

We provide a truly independent customer-focused service. Whether you’re assessing the realistic impact risks on your business, seeking to develop a cohesive continuity strategy, needing to prepare a detailed action plan for recovery or reviewing your current plan, our service delivery is based on defining the actions that match the processes specific to your Company.

We’ve been adopting this approach for over twenty years. It’s led to widespread industry recognition of our team’s technical excellence, experience in Business Continuity Management and in depth understanding of how it impacts on practical business management. That, coupled with a friendly but businesslike personality, has resulted in successful ongoing relationships with many of the UK’s leading companies.

We play an important part in the development of the Business Continuity  industry too. Director Lyndon Bird has chaired the Board of the Business Continuity Institute for two and a half years and also headed its Education Committee; all of our consultants are Fellows or Members of the BCI; and we develop and present industry standard training workshops several times a year on behalf of Survive, the leading forum for expertise and information exchange among business continuity management practitioners and professionals.

CPA has also received a number of industry awards industry awards in recognition of their ongoing development and support of Business Continuity Management.

“What people need when they are under pressure, and usually outside their comfort zone is easily understandable plans that can be obtained from wherever they might be. The active relationship with CPA…has facilitated this.”
