In addition to the already extensive capabilities of Crisis Commsuite, Task Management has now been included.

Recovery tasks can now be created and added to the task library in Crisis Commsuite. Tasks can be taken from the library or created dynamically and then assigned to inline users within Crisis Commsuite.

As the user progresses with the task, team leader can see, in real time, how the task is progressing.

As each subtask within the group is completed, the progress status bar changes from Red to Green providing an excellent overview on how your Crisis or recovery actions are progressing.

Team leaders can quickly ascertain from within a single window, whether there are resource conflicts or bottlenecks in the recovery process before they become a reality.

As the task assignment, sub task and task completion are time stamped, post mortem analysis of an incident or exercise is made straightforward.

Comparison between the expected and actual time to complete recovery tasks will help you better understand and define your recovery objectives and timeframes.

Whilst this feature has been on the development radar, positive feedback from demonstrations and clients has accelerated the release of this function ahead of schedule.
